Expressly developed to introduce the new Ford design direction, key elements in Evos design Will be employed on future Ford vehicles.

From the technological standpoint, the concept vehicle Evos Embraces a new generation of awareness and interaction Ford driver is currently developing. The  Ford Evos Concept is equipped with advanced water quality sensors and filtration systems to help allergy sufferers. With a seamless connection to the cloud, the Ford Evos Concept monitors the physical state and workload of the driver and adjusts the driving experience appropriately.

J Mays, Chief Creative Officer at
Ford Evos and the Man Responsible for leading the Evos' design team, was understandably excited about the EVOS During a recent press conference held just outside Ford's Michigan Proving Grounds.

Perhaps more significantly for customers, the styling found on the Ford Evos is representative of the design of future Fords. An "evolution", as Mays put it, of the Kinetic Design language seen on all Fords currently. Mays said That this would Improve the aerodynamics of the car, as well as a premium add flare to the design as a whole.

Some may find it strange, then, that Ford is championing Their use of "cloud computing" in Their cars going forward and exemplified by the tech package found in the Evos.

Not only does the Ford Evos point at a possible future front-drive Ford coupe, it also showcases the automaker's first truly global design language and a new vision for customer-focused and intuitive technologies.

Key features of the design include the fastback body, muscular haunches, and a sporty profile. This dramatic exterior also conceals a four-door, four-seat layout - yes, the Evos features two pairs of gulling doors - and packages Them in a sleek coupe-like body.Overall measurements come in at 177 inches in length, 77 inches in width and a height of 53 inches. Connectivity is also a strong theme behind the design of the Ford Evos.
